K&P Exteriors, in partnership with Fransen Pittman, completed the new roof for the Johnstown Public Library. Located at 400 S. Parish Avenue in Johnstown Colorado, the Glenn A. Jones M.D. Memorial Library supports Weld County patrons in the High Plains Library District. Johnstown is a booming community with many new neighborhood developments on the east side of I-25 just south of Greeley Colorado. The 13000 square foot building has a large children’s area that includes a terrific play area complete with a tower, drawbridge, dragons and other great attractions. Throughout the library are cozy reading and hang out areas. During the warmer months, outside seating is available.

Fransen Pittman was founded in 1994 and is a high quality construction company known for its involvement in educational, worship, government, and healthcare public buildings. FP is also known for their exceptional commitment to each project. They continue to learn new developments in “green building” and safety for the community and their employees.

K&P Exteriors crews prepared and installed the roof and siding for the Johnstown Library project. High end storm shingles and siding were used to replace the Library’s extremely worn exteriors. K&P Exteriors has been in the business since 2013 and is trusted by many big name construction companies for roofing and siding.
