OSHA 10 refers to the OSHA Ten Hour Training. OSHA is an education center that recommends workplace safety training. In addition, OSHA also covers regulations and requirements for safety in the Construction Industry. To be certified with OSHA 10, employees must successfully complete an OSHA authorized course. The OSHA 10 course covers safety and health hazards that construction workers face on sites. There is special emphasis on hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention.
